PopGirl is excited to present Dance Studio - a brand new show airing from Saturday 22nd October.
Presented by PopGirl presenter and dance graduate, Arielle Free, the show is comprised of 16 x 7 min episodes designed to show viewers how to recreate the dance routines from popular music videos including Pixie Lott’s All About Tonight, Cher Lloyd’s Swagger Jagger, Willow Smith’s Whip My Hair and Cheryl Cole’s Fight For This Love.
Each episode focuses on a different music video with Arielle and her backing dancers giving easy to follow step-by-step instructions to break down individual dance moves and put them together to create the full dance routine. The Dance Studio episodes are then followed by the full length music video featuring the dance so viewers can try out their moves and dance along with their favourite stars!
PopGirl is broadcast by CSC Media Group and is the only channel exclusively dedicated to girls aged 7-12. The channel is vibrant, energetic and aspirational while encouraging positivity, confidence and friendship. A winning combination of live-action shows and quirky animation attracts more than one million viewers to PopGirl every month.
Dance Studio was an in-house production written and produced by PopGirl’s channel manager Stephanie Wahlstrom who also produces PopGirl’s weekly presenter led magazine show, Spotlight.
